Cancellation Notification
Should you need to cancel your service, kindly provide written notification via email within 24 to 48 hours of initiating your order.

Refund Procedure
Cancellation within the specified timeframe entitles you to a refund of the total amount paid, less a nominal $25 processing fee. Regrettably, cancellations made outside this designated period are ineligible for refunds.

Service Modifications
Should you require adjustments to your service, we are committed to accommodating your requests to the best of our ability. Modifications that result in a reduction in service duration or scope may warrant a refund, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refunds policy.

Non-Appearance
Failure to attend your scheduled service will render you ineligible for a refund.
